RUHRPUMPEN Between Bearings (GP-Ring Section)

  • The GP pump is a horizontal, between bearings, multi-stage, radially split, ring section type centrifugal process pump. Available in non-API and API 610 latest edition (BB4) builds, it is engineered to be the most reliable pump for the most demanding high-pressure and high-temperature applications across industries.
  • Capacity up to 900 m³/hr (4000 gpm)
  • Head up to 4,000 m (13,120 ft)
  • Maximum Pressure up to 416 bar (6000 psi)
  • Temperature up to 205 °C (400 °F)
  • Discharge flanges sizes 2” to 8”
  • Applications High-pressure and high-temperature applications like: petrochemical, refining, boiler feed water service, descaling, water injection, desalination and reverse osmosis.

RUHRPUMPEN Between Bearings (HSM Multi-Stage Split )

  • The HSM pump is a horizontal, multi-stage (2 or 4), axially split case centrifugal pump designed and built acording to the Hydraulic Institute (HI) standard (BB3 type). It is a heavy-duty pump engineered mainly for high pressure applications and is part of the HS/ZW range of split case pumps by Ruhrpumpen which includes the: HSC, HSD, HSL, HSR, and ZW models.
  • Capacity up to 454 m³/h (2,000 gpm)
  • Head up to 670 m (2,200 ft)
  • Maximum Pressure up to 51 bar (740 psi)
  • Temperature up to 121 °C (250 °F)
  • Applications High-pressure applications like: boiler feed water, petrochemical, water pipelines, chemical, water cooling and circulating water.

RUHRPUMPEN Between Bearings (SM Horizontal Multistage)

  • The SM pump model is a heavy-duty, horizontal, axial split casing, volute type, multi stage, centrifugal pump according to the API 610 latest edition (BB3 type). Designed to be robust and reliable with an hydraulic balance obtained by arranging the impellers in opposed groups.
  • Capacity 50 to 3,000 m³/h (220 to 13,209 gpm)
  • Head 200 to 3,000 m (656 to 9,843 ft)
  • Maximum Pressure 420 bar (6,000 psi)
  • Temperature up to 205 °C (400 °F)
  • Discharge flanges sizes 3” to 14”
  • Applications Oil Fields and Terminals, Crude Oil and Oil Product Pipelines, Water Pipelines, Fluid Injection, High Pressure Services, Power Plants.
