1196 Series Process Pump- Rotech Pumps ANSI 1196 Process Pumps are ASME B73.1 End-Suction Centrifugal pumps with an open impeller designed in a wide range of sizes and materials of construction for all process applications. Rotech 1196 Series ANSI Pumps are directly interchangeable with other manufactures of ANSI pumps i.e. Gould’s© 3196 series , Summit™ 2196 series , Griswold® 811 and many other ANSI pumps manufacturers.
1196LF Series Low Flow Pumps- 1196LF Series ANSI Pumps are designed for Low Flow and High Head applications. These End Suction Frame-Mounted Centrifugal pumps are ASME B73.1 compliant and are designed for pumping process fluid applications, but can be used virtually in most applications. Rotech 1196LF Series ANSI Pumps are directly interchangeable with other make of ANSI Low Flow pumps i.e.Goulds© 3196LF, Summit™ 2196LF, Griswold® 811LF and others.
1296 Series Close Coupled Pumps- Rotech’s 1296 ANSI Pumps takes the same Casing, Impeller and Performance of a Frame-Mounted ANSI pump, and Close-Couples it with a NEMA or IEC motor. Designed, tested and manufactured since 2012, this is a Rotech exclusive design and product. ANSI Close-Coupled Pumps have the ability to replace any existing frame-mounted ANSI pump, with a pump that will provide the same performance, but save space, costs and alignment issues.
1296LF Series Close Coupled Pumps- Rotech 1296LF Series Low Flow ANSI Close Coupled Pumps are designed to provide an option to ANSI Frame-mounted pumps. The Liquid End Pump parts are coupled with NEMA or IEC Electric Motors. This series uses the same Hydraulic pump casing, Impeller, and stuffing box cover of the regular ANSI Low flow pump series.
1796 Series Self Primer Pumps- 1796 Series ANSI Self priming pumps are designed with semi-open impellers and used in various Heavy duty Industrial Applications. Rotech ANSI Self priming pumps are directly interchangeable with other make of ANSI Self priming pumps i.e. Goulds 3796, Summit 2796.
1796CC Series Close Coupled Pumps- Rotech 1796 Series Self Priming ANSI Close Coupled Pumps are designed to provide an option to ANSI Self Priming Frame-mounted pumps. The Liquid End Pump parts are coupled with NEMA C face Electric Motors. This series uses the same Hydraulic pump casing, Impeller, and stuffing box cover as the regular ANSI Self priming pump series.
RHS Series Split Case Pumps- Rotech RHS Series pumps are Frame Mounted pumps available in various material of construction such as all iron, cast iron bronze fitted, all stainless steel construction.
Rotherm Hot Oil Pumps- Rotherm Pumps Series is specially designed for high temperature Thermic Fluid applications. Rotherm Casing options are available in foot mounted and Centerline mounted design. It’s finned designed power end works as a radiator which is used to increase surface area of the bearing frame, which helps in lowering bearing temperature.
RVI80 Series Vertical Inline Pumps- Rotech RVI80 Vertical Inline Pumps are close coupled pumps designed for easy installation and can be mounted to a pipeline. The Suction and Discharge connections are on the same center line in opposite direction at 180º apart.
RVMS Series Vertical Multistage Pumps- RVMS pumps are stainless steel vertical Multistage pumps available in wide ranges and size. Pumps are supplied with 150# and 300# ANSI flanges.
SCP Self-Priming Pumps– SCP series pumps are End suction self -priming Pumps and designed for pumping water, waste water and light slurry liquids. The pumps are End suction Self priming Pumps with horizontally mounted & back pull-out design. The Pumps are supplied in 1.5”x 1.5”, 2”x 2”, 3”x 3” sizes with NPT threaded connections.
SFP Series Frame Mounted Pumps- SFP series pumps are designed for pumping water, waste water and light slurry liquids. The pumps are End suction horizontally mounted & back pull-out design. The Pumps are supplied in 1.5”x 1.5”, 2”x 2”, 3”x 3” sizes with NPT threaded connection.
SXT Trash Pumps- SPT/SXT series pumps are self-priming pumps with two vaned opened impellers designed for economical & trouble free operation in solid handling, sump, mild corrosives, sewage, and Fibrous Materials. These pumps are designed to handle solids up to 3″ in diameter, and has options for easy maintenance with trash covers and replacement with removable rotating assemblies. These can be driven with a motor, or engine and Rotech designs packages for Direct Drive, or Belt Driven options. There are interchangeable with other OEM Trash Pumps, and can be a drop-in replacement.
SXU Trash Pumps- SPU/SXU series pumps are self-priming pumps with multiple vane opened impellers designed for economical & trouble free operation in solid handling sewage & slurries.
