Our 125-800 HP pulp and paper vacuum pumps are designed as drop-in replacements for classic 904 vacuum pumps. These high efficiency 27.5″ vacuum pumps rotate at relatively slow speeds for higher reliability, less wear, and lower power consumption. The N904 is ideal for pulp & paper, geothermal power generation, and other high reliability high capacity applications. We offer the L through U versions with capacities ranging from 3,000 to 16,000 C.F.M.

Our cast iron close-coupled vacuum pumps are the economical choice for small single stage close-coupled liquid ring vacuum pumps. Designed as drop-in replacements for Siemens 2BV series, they are available in 2-25 HP (18-353 CFM). Standard construction is cast iron with the Stainless Steel 304 impeller and Viton elastomer mechanical seal. NES 18-342 CFM single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are performance tested and include a 1-year warranty.

Available in NL- 400, 700, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000, and 9000 (up to 10,000 CFM). Standard construction is cast iron with Teflon packing. NES NSP Vacuum Pump

NSP pumps are a line of positive displacement, dry running pumps, where a key feature is the isolation of the pumped material, and a deep vacuum capability. The pump is capable of ultimate vacuums as high as 1Pa at ultimate vacuum capacity. The pumps are dry running, hence dry screw. All processes and pumped material are isolated from any outside fluids and lubricants using oil and mechanical seals. This makes these pumps ideal for industries where clean operations are required, as well as industries where toxic and highly corrosive gases are used.
