MagnaDrive Adjustable Speed Drive

The MagnaDrive Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) uses breakthrough speed control technology. We designed it to reduce your total cost of ownership by lowering maintenance and operating costs, increasing process availability and improving system reliability. ASDs control motors’ operating speeds by continually changing the electrical frequency as necessary. Ideal for pump, fan and blower applications, our MagnaDrive ASDs are available in sizes ranging from 5 to 4,000 horsepower and in speeds up to 3,600 RPM. While usually designed for process control, ASDs have other major benefits, including lower maintenance and operating costs and energy savings.

MagnaDrive Fixed Speed Coupling

The MagnaDrive fixed speed coupling product line is targeted at constant speed applications for 2 to 4,000 horsepower motors with speeds up to 3,600 RPM. MagnaDrive fixed speed couplings incorporate an air gap to isolate the motor from the load. There are three product families in the MagnaDrive Coupling product line: Fixed Gap Coupling (FGC), MagnaGuard Delay Start Coupling Family (MGD), and the MagnaGuard Torque Limiting Coupling Family (MGTL).

MagnaDrive Magzone

MagZone™ from MagnaDrive™ harnesses the power of a no-contact, magnet-to-magnet synchronous connection. Compact and tough, the interior sequence of our patented design uses Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnets—the strongest permanent magnets in the world. The MagZone Series maximizes torque while eliminating any magnetic slip, resulting in consistent performance for vital equipment, with zero RPM’s lost.
