AESSEAL Gas Seals (AES CCS)

The CCS™ is a tandem cartridge seal where the inboard seal is designed to seal up to 82 bar (1200 psi), and an outboard seal that acts as a low pressure tandem seal. The outboard seal is capable of full pressure containment in the event of full seal failure.

Features: Ideally suited for retrofitting wet compressor seals and bushings or as a replacement for existing Dry Gas seals, supplied in 410 stainless steel as standard with exotic alloy options on request and available with Silicon Carbide seats as standard. Tungsten Carbide and Silicon Nitride seats available on request. Mating faces available in Carbon and synthetic diamond coated Silicon Carbide, ‘O’ ring and spring energized polymer versions available.

Designs available in single, double, tandem or tandem with intermediate labyrinth. For increased integrity, fully shrouded seats adopted as standard and Bi-directional seal designs available.

AESSEAL Gas Seals (AES Dry Gas Seal Support Systems)

High quality compressor dry gas seal support systems engineered to customer requirements for all seal configurations and applications.

Each AESSEAL® gas conditioning system contains the key API modules plus various enhancements derived from our own field experience, to ensure the highest degree of compressor dry gas seal reliability and longevity. For every application AESSEAL® performs a detailed phase analysis in-house to determine the required level of gas conditioning.

AESSEAL Seal Support Systems (AES Easy Clean)

The AESSEAL® EasyClean™ vessel is part of the latest development in water and oil API plan 53a barrier fluid management systems, aimed at environments which require a higher level of hygiene. In addition to all the features that come with the standard offering of AESSEAL® water and oil management systems. The EasyClean™ vessel benefits from the ability to be disassembled for inspection and cleaning.

By using a clamp, the bottom section of the vessel can be removed when required and the internal cavity can be checked for deposits. Once the inspection is complete the bottom section is simply reattached using the clamp supplied.

AESSEAL Seal Support Systems (AES FDU)

The AESSEAL® FDU (Fluid Distribution Unit) is an efficient and high performance forced circulation PUMPPAC™ system. The product was developed to meet the requirements of the API Plan 54 piping plan, which maximizes heat dump potential for more arduous pump applications. The FDU is adaptable to a wide range of industry applications with the fitting of additional equipment (optional: accumulator, level switch / transmitter and pressure switch/transmitter).

Please note that both oil and water can be used with the FDU.

AESSEAL Seal Support Systems (AES Flowtrue)

The AESSEAL® FLOWTRUE® is a robust and adjustable flow meter that controls the amount of water flowing to the mechanical seal for cooling purposes. The unique and advanced FLOWTRUE® design means that of all the flow meters available it is the least likely to clog. This is due to large internal clearances within the design.

Three models are available, which enables the product to be used on packing applications, single seals and double mechanical seals.

AESSEAL Seal Support Systems (AES Helicoil Cooler)

The AESEAL Cooler is constructed from 316 stainless steel tube and cast iron casing (cast steel & cast 316 steel casting options available). This robust product is a very efficient seal cooler used on API Piping Plan 21, 22 and 23 arrangements.

The product can also be used in conjunction with other products in the Systems Division Range to provide additional cooling on high heat applications.

AESSEAL Seal Support Systems (AES SW2 & SW3)

The SW Range consists of the SW2 and SW3 Water Management Systems. The environmentally-friendly SW Range Systems connect directly to the plant water line using it as its fluid and pressure source.

AESSEAL Support Systems (AES Pump Rack)

AESSEAL® PUMPPAC™ Systems are used when the heat dissipation from a thermosyphon system is not sufficient for the application.

Features: Forced Circulation – Maximizes heat dump potential for the more arduous applications. Modular Design – Allows the PUMPPAC™ to be installed in a variety of zoned environments by interchanging the instrumentation options.

The PUMPPAC can be installed in a variety of zoned environments by interchanging the instrumentation options. Capable of supplying split flows and a range of pressures for two or more mechanical seals.

AESSEAL Support Systems (AES SP Systems)

The AESSEAL® SSE12-P™ and SSE25-P™ robust weld pad vessels are used as the core of a modular Pressure System range. This range starts with the SP1™, which is a non-pressurised API plan 52 Buffer System, used to provide cooling to mechanical seal faces. The SP2™ and SP3™ Systems are piped as API plan 53A Pressure Systems. The SP3™ has the addition of finned tubing so that it has extra surface area to operate on high heat applications.

All vessels are designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME VIII Div.1 and PED requirements.
